I’ve seen people leaving reviews about the issues I’ve also been having and someone asking for an email or a soon resolution. Unfortunately nothing has been solved even after sending them an email and being told they’d get back to me. The app crashes every single time it’s left in the background. It’s really annoying and adds up to a lot of time by the end of the day. I have to sit several minutes waiting for routes to load just for it to crash and zoom out. I truly hope they get an update out soon. It’s making efficiency impossible **Developer response:** Hello, I'm sorry, both for the issues you're running into. On the crashing when the app's in the background, we're working on a fix so the app holds your place better, that's on track for this summer. The map zooming out on load has a fix that's already shipped and one more piece finishing up in testing now, so you should see that improve soon. Route load times should also be better with recent updates, if you're still seeing slow loads that's worth a fresh look. This is HUGE due to working in an area where cell service is limited. Entering airplane mode and turning off the WiFi as the documentation says, does nothing. Can you incorporate a completed and incomplete section under my routes so that you can hide and show the stops you completed that day to make it cleaner while going through your day? ### 1/5 — Worst work app ever. *2026-07-07, version 1.23.3* This is hands down the worst app for work and or routes ever, that I have had to deal with. Bar none, crashes every other stop if not more. Don’t use it. Find another app ### 1/5 — Buggy mess *2026-07-01, version 1.23.3* I have to constantly reinstall this app multiple times a week becuz it’s too incompetent to just work. Nothing in this app works as intended. I can’t even scroll through my options on my routes it’s just frozen there half the time. The other half of the time I’m sitting there while it’s buffering just trying to load my routes for the day so I end up having to sit here and waste my precious time trying to find my work for the day. Been using this app for over 2 years and couldn’t possibly in my right mind ever recommend this MESS to anyone. And I’ve used both android and iPhone throughout so I don’t know what excuse they have for their app . ### 1/5 — My reviews are ignored *2026-06-18, version 1.23.2* This app crashes every single time without fail if you try to take a phone call while using the app. If you’ve spent 30 minutes writing out an extremely detailed report for the EPA, all of your effort will be lost and need to be redone if you spend more than 10 seconds in any other app. It also automatically zooms out to encompass the entire freaking world anytime you back out of an appointment. Every time I try and input new equipment on an initial service, every device I submitted is deleted by the next service, yet still says that it’s already present if I try and scan it again. This is the worst app I’ve ever used, I’ve been using it for six years and it’s changed its name twice, never once has it gotten any better. Every update makes it worse. ### 1/5 — It’s fieldroutes *2026-06-15, version 1.23.1* FieldRoutes has sucked for years, the connectivity is god awful and has never worked well in the past 7 years of using it. It is what it is. ### 4/5 — PLEASE FIX *2026-06-08, version 1.23.1* Please for the love of god make it to where you can select as many photos as you want to post/upload instead of having to select each one individually/post separately one at a time. But it would be even nicer if the app didn’t crash before I was able to load any appointments. And if the connectivity was better.
