Tech Entry is the mobile companion for FieldServio's web-based field service management system, allowing technicians to easily view, document, and complete their assigned jobs. Just download the jobs for the day and they're ready to go. Tech Entry will automatically syncronize with with FieldServio as long as it has a reliable internet connection, removing the hassle of manual syncing or copying information over. It allows technicians the ability to manage their job realated tasks, record part useage, complete checklists, make recommendations for future visits, add expenses, track time, and have customers sign off, all from their phone or tablet. With its simple interface and automatic syncronization, Tech Entry saves time and money, making it quick and easy to finish jobs.

Since I updated to iOS 26, app freezes, won’t load up jobs consistently and the worst is that now when you try to enter data, you have to click 1/2” or so below where you want to enter that data. Need to add some notes? Click 1/2” below where the button is for notes. It’s like that on any data entry screen and it’s aggravating! Can we get an update or a bug fix plz?!
