Enter your rifle, load, and conditions and FieldSolve solves the full trajectory — bullet drop, windage, and the exact hold or dial in MOA or mils. Ballistic solutions are calculated estimates; confirm your come-ups on paper before relying on them in the field. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 1.4.3 — 2026-08-21 • Your phone's own barometer can now feed the solver, and the weather sheet shows where each value came from • More dependable weather and elevation data, with caching and retries when the network is patchy • More reliable chronograph scanning, including when switching between chronograph models • Buttons now show when they're pressed, and small controls are easier to hit ### 1.4.2 — 2026-08-11 Fixed: if your phone's language isn't one we've translated yet, the app now opens in English. It was falling back to Czech. Fixed: several buttons and labels that were still in English on a translated device — including the muzzle velocity sheet, where the confirm button mixed two languages. Fixed: the chronograph tile could show extreme spread as smaller than standard deviation, which is impossible. ### 1.4.1 — 2026-08-08 Send your trued numbers back to Handload. After truing a rifle that came from Handload, the corrected muzzle velocity and BC can go straight back to that recipe — from the calibration screen, or the range card's share button. The velocity travels with the temperature it was measured at, so a load trued on a cold morning isn't recorded as its summer figure. Your wind meter is also a weather station. The FX Wind Gauge now supplies temperature, pressure and humidity, not just wind. Every atmospheric value shows where it came from, and you can pick the source yourself. Temperature still prefers the forecast by default: a gauge sitting in the sun reads several degrees high, and that error moves your solution further than the forecast's does. Also in this build: • The camera opens on the lens you used last. ### 1.3.9 — 2026-08-06 Nine languages. FieldSolve now speaks English, Finnish, Swedish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Czech — including the iOS permission prompts — and you can pick the language in Settings. A guided first run. Three questions, three example rifles, then out of your way. Accuracy work you can check: • Inclined fire solved in line-of-sight coordinates — no angle limit • Zero conditions pin the bore angle to the weather you zeroed in • Truing now solves in the air your dope was actually shot in • Scope tracking correction for turrets that don't move what they claim • Vertical wind and vertical Coriolis (Eötvös) in the integration • Spin drift corrected for look angle • Transonic range named on the range card, so you know where a single-BC model starts to soften Cant error. See what rifle tilt is costing you, live and in exported video. 582 library bullets now carry a TRUED badge where their BC has been checked against measured per-velocity-band data. Range card: turret clicks as their own column, whole clicks to dial, and sideways scrolling so nothing is squeezed. Chronographs: FX True Ballistic support, Element rangefinder pairing.
