Can’t even get this app to open up.  Maybe it doesn’t work with Apple products.  Cannot get any help from support either!

No question this makes my tech’s lives better. Just as important, it gives me visibility into what my field service people are up to. I now know when I need to lean in and provide support, and when I can focus on other parts of my business.
