This has helped me to work at my pace. Focus on specific shorter classes for alignment.  There’s a really broad range of things to try which is helpful

Has saved my practice….great to have it on demand for days when you can’t get to the studio and just so convenient. All the great teachers are featured, good mix of classes and it’s being added to all the time.

Never have time to get to a class in person & haven’t got a studio close by, so online is perfect for me to get my Fierce Grace fix on a regular basis. When you’re using the app 5-6 times a week like me it works out so reasonable- loving it x💪🏾

There are full sessions and short sessions for when time is limited. I’m doing the 30 Day Challenge and really enjoying it because I know I can always find 30mins during the day and feel virtuous after a full class. 
Loving it.
