So, I paid for a month subscription, and then bought credits twice to do things like message people. Soon after the second purchase, I was suddenly banned for threatening behavior. Which is news to me, because I seriously just asked people how their day was, and if they didn’t answer, I’d move on. So now I’m out a lot more money than I’d like to be, for services I never got to use, with no recourse to correct this issue, as I cannot find anything on the support forum for finding out what I was banned for, or how to correct the problem— —so I am absolutely forced to write a bad review about an app filled with fake accounts and scammers, that coaxes you into paying to play, where you then get banned for using the services you just paid for, and then leaves you nowhere to appeal your case, nor resolve your issue, nor get your money back. Every time try to make an account, it gets banned or I get blocked from making an account and even signing up. I’m looking to join again, I just don’t know how or what I can do about this issue. Also I hope these developers don’t use my account while telling me that is blocked because I would seriously file a big lawsuit. Also, I spoke to the developers and they said they couldn’t find my account even after filling every piece of information. Vague answer from the support team and all they told me was we are blocking you permanently and it’s final. Didn’t tell me why. Didn’t tell me anything. Just a link of guidelines and I haven’t violated any of them. My profile doesn’t say anything disrespectful. My photos are only of me, so I’m left confused. Most likely if you aren’t paying for premium and people are checking your page a lot they ban you for not paying for their extra stuff. Met lots of good people and was loving not having to give out my personal phone number as I had the app. Well the beginning of this month they blocked my account for violating community guidelines. There is no way to argue my case as I still don’t see how I did so. I’ve created several new ones and they are also being blocked. I have sent emails and nothing. If you are someone I was talking to I apologize I did not stand you up!!! Who ever is in charge of this app is a jerk!!! Definitely needs to be a better way when someone’s account is blocked. Most people (women in my case) manually change their locations from other countries to “new york, new york” and attempt to waste your time. Meanwhile others are just here promoting their instagram or cashapp accounts. Truly a waste of time. The app constantly asks that you make purchases in order to chat with people as well and considering how bad the app is run its kind of a slap in the face. All of a sudden I was blocked and the reason is that they have reports that I am using the app commercially....huh...reports from whom?! Also i have been informed by many other users of different dating apps that they seen my photos on other dating apps. So be careful cause this Fiesta app may sell your photos to other misleading sites. Could hurt your reputation in the long run.
