It has definitely gotten better and keeps improving. Anytime I had a suggestion they were quick to look into it. I’ve been in the game 28 years and I’ve had my share of photo booths. The salsa 1 and the salsa 2 are personally my favorite and flawless. We handle 60 photobooths events a year and even some with prints. I’ve never had an issue. But the amount they charge for it is absolutely insane for what you’re getting. There is nothing to back up why this software has more value than others. You can certainly get more for less with many other programs. I keep it because I have a salsa and the lights won’t work with others. I’ve had nothing but problems the last several months. Screen going black, templates not saving, 2x6 being recognized as a 4x6 and cutting in half, phone app not syncing to iPad, the list goes on and on. I would be willing to pay this price if it simply just worked how it was supposed to. But now they are increasing the price with hardly any extra value. We need AI, we need prints that work, we need to be able to do a drop-off with peace of mind, we need reliability. Please fix this app! You’re going to keep losing customers. Any of us can buy the same type of booth elsewhere for less than half the cost. That is now what I will always recommend to people looking to get into this business. I also think the design studio needs to be a little bit more intricate and easier to use with more features. Similar to Canva. It is extremely frustrating and buggy and doesn’t work how you expect it to. Photo Booth supply Co. needs to invest in their developer team and get this software working properly! Currently, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I use it for it to work properly. ### 1/5 — Super Disappointing *2026-06-05, version 1.10.0* Massive Downgrade from their previous app. Would give no stars if I could. Even with the recent updates, I have no idea why Fiesta is so glitchy/jumpy, when their previous app was so smooth. Now things take forever to load and every time I go on the app I know it will crash at least once if I tap things too quickly. Then once the event is up and running the flow is so slowwwww. I thought the whole point of this software was for it to be streamlined, quick boom there’s a photo, then boom there’s your boomerang. But nope. They’ve managed to make a worse app than their previous, even though they have 5-10 years of data on running photobooth events and this new app has been out for 2 years… ### 1/5 — We paid for nothing *2026-04-19* Update after almost a year: This app is really bad. Customer service the worst of the worst. Now we couldn’t not print or even send pictures. ———————— Original review: I almost lost $800 in a important event because of this app. Really guys? We paid $100 for the “premium” software and what do we get? NOTHING. Other companies charge nothing comparing with this software and they work without any issues. In the 3 pictures template the first one always came really bright and the others one normal…. It took me a lot to be able to make it work. The event planner was getting worry already and i almost had to take a decision of giving that event for free. The reality is, it has not been consistently reliable. For the amount paid for multiple device licenses, it’s extremely frustrating and disappointing. Have had the program glitch out on several occasions. It’s the start of holiday party season and the app isn’t working. Glitched out and froze at least 4 times at the last event, causing the guests to have to retake their photos. None of the digital photos were able to be sent still. Very embarrassing to not have an answer for your guests and clients that pay good money. People want to share in a timely manner, that’s the whole point. I have guest complaining that they never received their photos. I can’t upload photos to my email anymore is a disaster is very embarrassingto have to explain to a client that the pictures that they paid for can’t be sent to them for reasons unknown.
