Das ist einfach nur Abzocke. Bitte keine Antwort mit Hinweis auf die Support E-Mail. Einem Unternehmen, das bewusst seine Nutzer und zahlenden Kunden im Stich lässt und ein paar schlechte Bewertungen lieber aussitzen möchte, muss der Rücken gelehrt werden. Erst recht bei so halbseidenen Antworten darauf. Wir brauchen keine individuelle Lösungen, sondern die Abzocke muss einfach aufhören. Für alle! ### 1/5 — Kein Zugriff mehr möglich - Produktpolitik negativ *2026-04-18* Nur noch Abonnement möglich oder Registrieren per E-Mail, obwohl diese App vorher kostenpflichtig gegen einmalige Bezahlung angeboten wurde, ohne Notwendigkeit zur Registrieren. Es wurde nichts angeboten, um die bestehenden Kunden auf einem „Legacy-Pfad“ zu behalten, stattdessen wurden bezahlpflichtige und freigeschaltete Inhalte weggenommen. Erkläre mal so etwas einem Kind, dass sich eigentlich darauf freut, es benutzt haben zu dürfen und warum es einmal nicht mehr geht. ### 1/5 — Nicht mehr nutzbar *2026-02-26* Leider nicht mehr zu benutzen ohne Abo nach letztem Update trotz Kauf. Statt dessen wird man alternativlos zur Erstellung eines „Kids-Club“-Kontos und in ein Abo gezwungen! Und das trotz eines vorherigen Kaufs! Man kann vor dieser Abzocke-Masche nur warnen! Installiert keine Updates dieser App, ihr werdet dadurch enteignet! Was der Hersteller sich mit dem „Kids-Club“ erlaubt, ist nicht akzeptabel! Der Hersteller reagiert noch nicht einmal mit einem korrigierten Update. Man soll jetzt eine Mail schreiben! Leute, ich habe Besseres zu tun! Umso größer war die Enttäuschung nach dem letzten Update: Die App ist plötzlich nicht mehr nutzbar, stattdessen soll man nun ein Abo abschließen. Für eine App, die bereits gekauft wurde, ist das aus meiner Sicht eine absolute Frechheit. Funktionen nachträglich hinter eine Paywall zu verschieben und Käufer damit faktisch zur erneuten Zahlung zu zwingen, geht gar nicht – erst recht bei einer Kinder-App. Schade, denn die App an sich war toll.
