Fifty Focus turns one tap into a complete four-hour focus ritual. Each cycle gives you 50 minutes to settle into meaningful work, followed by a quiet 10-minute break. Repeat four times and finish with a clear sense of progress.

CHOOSE YOUR FOCUS SOUND
Use procedurally generated brown, pink, or white noise to mask distractions. You can switch sounds during an active session without restarting the timer. Breaks stay quiet so your mind can reset.

STAY WITH THE SESSION
Follow the countdown from the app, Lock Screen Live Activity, or Dynamic Island. Background audio keeps playing when the screen is off, and gentle notifications mark focus and break transitions.
