The prior software was much better! There is no way to check on what checks have cleared unless you go thru each day’s transactions. It’s 2024 and there is no way that this app works in the manner in which it does. I don’t even want to give it 1 star. I sincerely regret joining this credit union and everything that is involved. ### 2/5 — Continues to crash *2024-03-15, version 2023.07.002* Application is continuing to produce an error and advising to call. Call operator advised to use the application and/or website as a work around when I called. The banking app is always down so you can never access your account online. Very limited hours to call for assistance. The whole point of trying to use this was to avoid having to take the time to call, but literally everything I try gives me an error, telling me to call or use the chat. This got much worse once they moved to this Tulee thing, lots of errors on the website too. Doesn’t show all transactions in real time, often delayed. After hours assistance is a joke. Transactions was now posting but the amount was taken out. Was a delay in the stream? Representative tried to cancel my card…..Do better. I’m unable to hold my iPad so it is in portrait mode and Farmers Credit Union Tulee only works in portrait mode. Such a pain every time I try to use it. The CEO needs to be immediately terminated as this app is only a small example of their huge incompetence. And where is Zelle?? You got rid of an app that literally everybody uses and now I can’t use because you took it out, such incredible incompetence. ### 1/5 — Why? *2024-04-22* Quite literally the worst change I’ve ever experienced with a financial institution. Functionality is significantly reduced, it’s impossible to certain basic tasks. One example is I still can’t find out how to make a credit card payment from an outside account.
