## What is Figaro Shield?

Figaro Shield is a revenue-defence cockpit for salons, barbershops and aesthetic service businesses that need better evidence when bookings turn into no-shows, late cancellations, deposit disputes or chargebacks.

Capture the expensive moment while it is still fresh:

- Record a short voice brief with on-device transcription

Figaro Shield is not a booking platform, payment processor, CRM or marketing tool. It sits beside your existing booking workflow as the evidence-control layer for the front desk.

The app uses Apple-native technology: StoreKit 2 subscriptions, Sign in with Apple, CloudKit workspace records, SwiftData local persistence, Speech, microphone capture, calendar writes, local notifications, Live Activities and device authentication.

Designed for iPad at the front desk and iPhone for owner review.

Figaro Shield Field is free to download. Full access — including front-desk event capture, Chargeback Defence Packs, client risk profiles, and owner analytics — requires a separate Figaro PRO auto-renewable subscription. Choose a monthly or annual plan; a 14-day introductory trial may be available to eligible new subscribers. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled in your Apple Account settings.
