If you close the app and come back a couple of hours later, you will find things have been deleted from the database. This is solved by always loading your cloud backup when starting the app, and saving to the cloud when you are done. ### 4/5 — Works well but has some problems *2017-11-07, version 3.3.5* I love this app. It works well and I love it. There are only a few downsides, it comes with no compendium so you have to type out all the powers and items. When you add a proficiency to a weapon, it gives it to every character you attach it to. If you go to take away the proficiency it takes it away from the item in the compendium. Other than that, it’s a very useful app, and for $3 it’s totally worth it. ### 4/5 — Great app *2016-11-27, version 3.3.5* I use this app all the time, mainly because I don't like using classic pen and paper. ### 4/5 — Steven *2016-09-04, version 3.3.5* This app is quite good.There are just a few issues to fixed. 1. I have had to data collect the 9th level Monk ability Stone Juggernaut as two 9th level powers as the app cannot handle a daily and an at will in one power. 2. Some powers cannot be recorded correctly as they have an effect before the attack component of the power. 3. Damage bonuses are not being calculated correctly. I have had to add bonus damage to power's damage entry to fix the error. 4. Some powers have an incorrect To-Hit Attack score. ### 3/5 — Needs Dm tools, crashes on older models. *2016-07-20, version 3.3.5* This app series has changed game night for the better. I like that I can customize everything to match by the book play, or house rules. I would love it if we could get the Game master app to support 4th edition, like 3.5 and 5th edition. it would be enough to get the 5th star. The 4th edition app does not work correctly unless you have a newer device. We have a 2nd gen iPad, and a 2nd gen iPad Air. The iPad Air works great, but the iPad will not load from the cloud. I have to type up everything even the gold at some points, Idk if this is just me or if it's a glitch in the app but it's annoying spending hours typing in equipment. I highly recommend this. The only thing I have against this app is I want to see all the math like they show on the character sheet just for setting up you character but keep the simple look for when your playing the game. The Simple question is, well.. what would I see when I opened this box? If you're reading this then you'll just have to check the app out before dismissing it, because I was sold as soon as a miracle occured right before my very own two eye holes. Other than that this is an amazing app and I use it every time that we have an encounter. And I have been in about three different groups. Each of us now use the app we barely use our paper anymore. So, you could type up half the player's handbook just to make a character...No thanks. For $3 I'd expect something more than a recycled GUI. ### 1/5 — App is empty, pointless, and not 'free!' *2015-04-17, version 3.3.1* Besides an awkward to access dice roller the entire app is redundant because it wants you to buy a 'compendium' otherwise you must enter in ALL of D&D's rules, spells, equipment, races, items, etc. by hand on your phone. A ridiculous concept, I know! The owner of these apps needs to find another way to monetise them, this is why he has no feedback on the app and why it is one of those apps you delete within minutes of downloading it. ### 1/5 — Bad product, not easy to set up *2015-04-07, version 3.3.1* This is the absolute worst app I have come across for D&D character tracking. It is not user friendly, and takes forever to save any character in the start from scratch format. I have had to restart twice to build my character because the files don't auto save or back up until you click the finish button. What "Joe Blow" will know how to take a .ddi character sheet file and transpose it to an .xml format so they can download it to Dropbox. I will be contacting Apple for a refund of this purchase as it was the worst quality I have ever seen. But this week I redownloaded it because my friends and i are starting up playing again. I spent hours marking a character and putting all the powers in detail in with items and descriptions. Then the next day it was all gone. Just gone, deleted forever. Hours of my time just deleted. ### 2/5 — Used to better if I remember right *2016-07-30, version 3.3.5* I feel like when I first got this app, it had the ability to automatically input certain aspects of a character, like fighters having a certain amount of health, and easy money managment. Now I come back to it and find I have to pay money to create more than one character and even when I do, it doesn't have an easy to use character creator anymore? The only good thing it has going for it anymore is that it can serve as a fairly useful character sheet. I go to the app's settings, turn on iCloud, 'Load icloud Data', and nothing happens. Please dev(s), I'd love a fix!
