## What is Fight Interval Timer?

A clear, full-screen interval and round timer for boxing, MMA, heavy bag, sparring, mitt work, HIIT, and Tabata training.

FEATURES

• Ready-made boxing, MMA, and training presets, plus a custom timer
• 1–20 rounds, 10-second to 15-minute rounds, 0–5 minute rests, and 0–30 second get-ready time
• A large, readable timer in portrait and landscape on iPhone and iPad
• Separate ROUND and FIGHT announcements before every round with a color-coded countdown
• Bells, a final 10-second clapper, countdown ticks, and a double bell at completion
• Pause, mute, and resume with a clear 3-2-1 countdown
• Optional on-device motion detection, with estimated impacts shown only after the bout
• Sound cues mix with your other audio

Punch Detection is optional and off by default. Secure the device firmly and follow the short calibration. Results are estimates that depend on the device, bag, mount, and placement; they do not measure force, speed, or punch type.

Use every feature free for your first 10 bouts. After that, an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription is required to continue. No account is required, and there are no ads or analytics SDKs. Settings and motion results stay on the device.
