## What is Fight IQ?

FightIQ is a combat-sports training app for fighters and serious hobbyists who want to measure and sharpen the mental side of performance.

Start with a short Fight IQ Assessment across five drill types: Reaction Targets, Combo Memory, Stroop, Fight Math, and Schulte Table. Your score unlocks a focused training loop built around reaction, memory, accuracy, focus, and awareness.

Use FightIQ to:

- Capture a baseline Fight IQ Score
- Train with guided daily drill recommendations
- Track score, rank, streaks, and metric trends
- Run a free round timer with fight presets and custom rounds
- Add cognitive rest drills to 5x3 Heavy Bag sessions
