Coach Adam has a deep understanding of the materials he provides to the team and this app is one of the best tools I’ve had the opportunity to use as an aspiring fighter

Been with this group since the beginning of this year. Has been a game changer for me. My weights are all up substantially compared to if I was just doing my own programming. My conditioning is through the roof. The group that comes with this is second to none. The support, the quality of material, the app, everything is rolled into synergistic one stop shop for everything you need, you’d be doing yourself a disservice in your combat sports career, hobby, lifestyle by not having a group like this. Cannot recommend enough.

The coaches are fantastic, the programs are tailored to you and your goals, and the app works nearly flawlessly. I have no doubt that with consistency and effort, absolutely anyone will benefit from this service. Side note, although the coaches specialize in working with fighters, you do not need to be a fighter or even train in the martial arts to benefit from this app and program.
