No biggie, I’ll switch to a different one, it’s cloud based since it’s 2024. Except, it is a biggie. On server 67 none of my progress exists?!?! You switch servers and it’s like you have never played the game before. You’re at level 1. You are forced through the opening and tutorial like you just downloaded the game. How in the world is this app not able to have cloud data transfer between servers?!? This is ridiculous. You cannot take a server down for maintenance and essentially force people to start from 0 if they want to play the game. Incredibly unacceptable in this day and age. You need to fix this and have cloud data backups. **Developer response:** We conduct routine server maintenance every week. During the maintenance process, the server will be gradually opened up. After waiting for the server to open, you can log in to your original server. Your account will never be lost, please rest assured. The role data of different servers is definitely different.
