Fighting Fit helps you train for the traditional Army Physical Fitness Test with clear targets, timed sessions and simple progress tracking.
Set your age and gender to see personalised targets for push-ups, sit-ups and the two-mile run. Optional HealthKit access can automatically fill in your profile details.
Train with purpose:

• Run two-minute push-up and sit-up sessions with a five-second preparation countdown
• View passing targets and perfect-score goals
• Record reps and two-mile run times manually
• See the points earned for every logged result
• Review your training history for each event
• Track your latest combined score out of 300
• Keep your training logs synced through iCloud
