He created an account before the transfer, we tried several times, each time the password was not recognized after he just changed it. After a few logins, he had to create a brand new account for the transfer, he was finally able to receive the tickets. Notre Dame - you are better than this. Get your act together. This experience reminds me of a game with 5 turnovers. I also separately bought a hockey ticket, which resulted in not being able to see my football tickets. ### 1/5 — Login issues *2023-09-01* Password never seems to work. I change it and go to login and it does work again. I use a password app and this is the only that consistently does not work. App refused to load ticket office account and kept throwing error messages to try again later. Tried again later, tried rebooting, flushing caches etc etc. and even other phones without luck. If you are just looking to manage your tickets, save yourself time and trouble by skipping this app and use the ND Ticket website directly via your mobile browser at fightingirish dot evenue dot net. ### 1/5 — This APP is lousy *2024-11-15* I Love Our Lady (Notre Dame) but this app has an annoying red 1 bubble next to it that the developers don’t seem to want to address. I looked everywhere to try to remove. Can’t find it and this balloon is very annoying to someone that can’t handle red balloons on their phone. I even deleted and tried again.
