Their cancellation policy is confusing, and even after cancelling my subscription, I later received renewal notices and charges that I was not expecting. It feels very difficult to manage subscriptions with confidence. What is even more frustrating is the lack of customer support. When I contacted them to report the issue and request assistance, I did not receive a helpful response. Customers should not have to worry about unexpected renewals or spend time chasing support for billing concerns. Figma has some useful features, but the subscription management and customer service experience have been disappointing. Before signing up, make sure you carefully review the cancellation and billing policies to avoid surprises. ### 1/5 — Built for investors *2026-06-02, version 26.19.0* Figma no longer cares about building for the needs of their actual users: designers. Now they’re building for investors chasing whatever the latest industry hype is. It’s time for a competitor to replace them by offering a tool that meets the needs of design system professionals. ### 1/5 — Not sure what this does *2026-05-29, version 26.19.0* My friend is using the por version and all it does is generate a back ground and it sorta functions for some of the stuff in told it to do, but then it just jams up. It says it’s working fine, but it is not and we are not sure how to move it along or what it needs to continue. I can only actually create and edit on iPad using my browser. The app is only to view and comment. Even then it fails. There’s no way to see your desktop prototype settings, such as showing the device. I’m amazed at how lackluster and disappointing the experience is. ### 1/5 — Login Doesnt Work *2026-05-24, version 26.18.0* Apparently you need to have either a google or Microsoft account for this to work. I wasn’t able to test it. ### 2/5 — Buggy and minimal features *2026-05-23, version 26.18.0* So little functionality that it’s barely worth using. 70% of the time when opening a multi page file, it won’t load the other pages and you have to keep restarting to access them ### 3/5 — Offline slides needed *2026-05-20, version 26.18.0* Gotta love Figma - we have to use it in our industry. I love the ai to slides feature, I love being able to copy/paste my work from my boards and jams directly to Slides. But I have no access to any of my slides unless I’m connected to the internet. I have the macOS app and still I need a connection to run my slides. I was In the middle of a presentation and an internet outage knocked me out of slides….
