The FiGPiN App is the beginning of an amazing collector experience.

Every FiGPiN ever manufactured has a unique Serial Number laser engraved on the back. With the FiGPiN App you can unlock that serial number to discover the rarity of your FiGPiN (The Factory Score) and begin earning points as a proud owner of an awesome FiGPiN (The Story Score).

You can also browse the entire FiGPiN Catalog and build your ultimate Dream Collection. Be the first to see new FiGPiNs before they are released. Gain access to rare App Exclusive pins.

What’s New

In this new major update you can now manage your collection with shelves. Name and organize your shelves to fit your collection’s needs. You can make your individual shelves publicly visible or private. When another user in the App touches your Avatar icon, they will be able to see all your visible shelves.

When you unlock your FiGPiN you will see a FACTORY SCORE and a STORY SCORE.

The Factory Score is made up of three facets and has a total max value of 100 points. The three facets are:

EDITION – FiGPiNs made in one production run belong to an Edition (max 20 points).

VOLUME – The number of FiGPiNs that are manufactured in one production run (max 20 points).

SEQUENCE – The order in which your individual FiGPiN was made during manufacturing. (max 60 points).

The Story Score is an exciting new way to go beyond your shelf or pinboard. You can earn points for sharing your FiGPiN’s journey in your collection. Here are some ways to earn Story Score points:

ADOPTER - Be one of the first to adopt your FiGPiN and earn a maximum of 100 points.

BOOSTS - Earn points every time someone in the FiGPiN community boosts your FiGPiN.

ARENAS - Earn points by comparing the uniqueness of your FiGPiN’S serial number with others.

SHARES (coming soon) - Earn points by showing off your FiGPiNs to the world.

CHECK-INS (coming soon) - Earn points by taking your FiGPiNs to your favorite CON or show and checking them in.

TAGS (coming soon) - Earn points by having your friends, artists or celebs sign and tag your FiGPiNs.

BONUSES (coming soon) - Earn points by discovering the MANY Easter Eggs that we’ve dropped throughout the FiGPiN Universe.

Every time I try to log into my account I can not get in and trying to request for a temp code for my password I get an error message, please fix

Some features work, like unlocking pins. Would be great if the app didn’t crash while looking at stats or actually let you favorite/wish list items. The button doesn’t work on most pins (tried on iPhone and iPad). I feel like more people are getting into Figpin so investment in the app should be a priority.

The pins are pretty cool, but the app is by far one of the most unstable applications I’ve ever used. When loading other parts of the Figpin app, especially when unlocking / verifying pins, the app freezes and needs to be closed and re-opened, sometimes many times until it finally successfully loads. I’ve noticed a lot of server communication failures when using the app as well.

I just got into FiGPiNs and this app got me excited, but holy moly it’s so buggy and slow. Why is this a thing? All the money FiGPiN gets from us, this app should be seamless and running smoothly. The last update was months ago. That’s unacceptable, you have to fix this and fix it now! Come on!

It’s such a shame. The pins are so nice. But the app has been nothing short of a disappointment from the moment I got access to it a year ago after it was off the Apple Store for months. It crashes semi-regularly, it has the propensity to be buggy, and it can’t handle you dropping pins into the Unlocker in semi-large batches (think 10+). Recently it kept force-logging you off and the Monday Chase cards haven’t run in a long time. It almost takes away from the ownership experience because the app and the scoring system is what got me interested in FiGPiN to begin with. I hope something is done to improve the experience because it’s what makes the brand unique and fun to collect.
