Would be great if the app didn’t crash while looking at stats or actually let you favorite/wish list items. The button doesn’t work on most pins (tried on iPhone and iPad). I feel like more people are getting into Figpin so investment in the app should be a priority. ### 2/5 — This ain’t it *2026-01-17, version 1.4.4* I just got into FiGPiNs and this app got me excited, but holy moly it’s so buggy and slow. Why is this a thing? All the money FiGPiN gets from us, this app should be seamless and running smoothly. The last update was months ago. That’s unacceptable, you have to fix this and fix it now! But the app has been nothing short of a disappointment from the moment I got access to it a year ago after it was off the Apple Store for months. It crashes semi-regularly, it has the propensity to be buggy, and it can’t handle you dropping pins into the Unlocker in semi-large batches (think 10+). Recently it kept force-logging you off and the Monday Chase cards haven’t run in a long time. It almost takes away from the ownership experience because the app and the scoring system is what got me interested in FiGPiN to begin with. I hope something is done to improve the experience because it’s what makes the brand unique and fun to collect. ### 2/5 — App needs improvement *2025-05-09, version 1.4.1* I love FiGPiN! I love the idea of this app… but I hate how slow it is, how often it freezes, and how certain features don’t seem to work. ### 2/5 — FiGPiN App *2025-04-05, version 1.4.1* Very slow and hard to login pins, I constantly have to close the app because it says there is an error in the server. But I use it cuss this the only place where I can login the pin :( ### 1/5 — Crashes & Hard to Navigate *2025-03-05, version 1.4.1* I love the idea of this app, but the app is trash. It’s not user friendly. It’s not intuitive. It crashes often. There’s no explanation of the various features in the app. There’s no explanations on how to level up your pins. There’s this feature that allows you to “boost” pins. But, unless you upload a new pin everyday or have a pin that randomly gets some kind of bonus, you can’t use your boosts on your collection. Also, the arena feature doesn’t make any sense. And bonuses are random and arbitrary. I love FiGPiNs. They are cute and fun and very collectible! However, their app is trash, IMO. ### 1/5 — Still waiting on the shelf update. *2025-02-14, version 1.4.1* It basically feels like the company is getting ready to shut down, the apps no longer get the promised updates and they don’t release things anymore like they used to, Social updates are rare now. ### 1/5 — This app is trash. Weak app. *2023-07-27, version 1.4.1* Other than serving as a personal database for your pins there isn’t much to do with the app. And while the app does store your pins, good luck trying to have the app show them all at once. The shelves always show a portion of the pins allocated to them most of the time. In most cases it is necessary to delete and reinstall the app to be able to view all the pins stored in any given shelf before losing the ability again. The app also lacks any sort of social functionality as you cannot be looked up by anyone. I am never able to look anyone up, and no one has ever been able to look me up. When loading other parts of the Figpin app, especially when unlocking / verifying pins, the app freezes and needs to be closed and re-opened, sometimes many times until it finally successfully loads. I thought the app would be a cool way to catalog my pins, meet other collectors, and maybe have access to special merch. But the interface is non-intuitive in the extreme. Must have been slapped together by coders who never consulted with fans or collectors, rushed by management to get a product out. Rather than making me more excited about collecting your products, I’m soured on them. The app is completely useless. Trying to “unlock” pins, I constantly get the spinning pinwheel of death. No way to check what I’ve unlocked already, or complete a set so I can purchase a chaser. All I can see is some sort of high scores. Is this a game? I would probably give this app a 4 star review, but given that I’ve seen it grow and get better and better all the time, I feel it’s fair to give it the 5 stars because we’ve only scratched the surface as far as what this app can do!
