The app doesn’t work, it takes people’s money and the customer support is bad. I made a withdrawal from my account to my bank account and didn’t get it on my account even after getting debited

I made use of the dollar card to make a payment online which was declined. After a few days Figur debuted me and have refused to issue a reversal, I’ve tried reaching out to them via the in app chat, they don’t reply and there isn’t any other means to contact them.
