### 5/5 — Great for organization!

*2026-03-02, version 1.20.1*

I always forget what I have and what I don't - this helps me keep track of what models I have and what step in the process I'm in. The UI is pretty intuitive and I am really enjoying the look, feel, and functionality!

### 5/5 — Thank you

*2026-01-14, version 1.20.0*

Very helpful with keeping track of my figures

### 5/5 — Great Organiser!

*2025-12-04, version 1.19.0*

So useful for keeping track of what models I have and planning what to paint next

### 5/5 — What I didn’t know I Needed

*2025-11-29, version 1.19.0*

This is perfect to keep track of all the models I’m painting. I didn’t realize I needed this but it’s exactly what I needed

### 5/5 — Fantastic app for a painter with a lot of ongoing projects.

*2025-11-18, version 1.19.0*

I’ve used this app for years to track hundreds of painted miniatures. Instead of scribbling down checklists of minis, you can track dozens of projects and their individual components/models/level of completion. I’ll always use this! Feel free to check out my artwork at Stevefamine on Instagram

### 5/5 — Flexible and intuitive

*2025-09-26, version 1.19.0*

I’ve been using this app for more than a year now and it’s been great for tracking not just my painting progress, but also my finished collection for when I want to build a list.

System agnostic, so I’m tracking Warhammer, Infinity and Halo Flashpoint progress through it all nicely grouped by game.

Highly recommended.

### 5/5 — Extremely handy for organizing my backlog

*2025-09-13, version 1.19.0*

The app makes it really easy to keep the status of my various models, armies, and game systems organized.

### 5/5 — What I didn’t know I Needed

*2025-09-09, version 1.19.0*

This is perfect to keep track of all the models I’m painting. I didn’t realize I needed this but it’s exactly what I needed

### 5/5 — Lovely!

*2025-09-02, version 1.19.0*

Extremely well crafted, thank you for making this! Makes me want to complete more hobby projects just to record my progress.

### 5/5 — Works great

*2025-08-09, version 1.19.0*

I am not a person that likes to organize in general, but I wanted something I could look at and track where my miniature painting pile of grey is at. It has been great for me to track and organize my models and see what sets I am close to finishing. Great App!

### 5/5 — Absolutely splendid!

*2025-07-20, version 1.19.0*

This is so useful and intuitive over-all! I just wish that the “paint” progress tracker could allow us to break out the figures by color scheme or have multiple sub-categories that could allow tracking progress/different color plans for the number of figures in the entry. It would be so useful to track what phase they’re in, and what paints/product we’re using with it! Currently that lives in an entirely different app or document, and it seems like a small feature that could be super useful. I wish they had this one thing, it would make the fifth star so easy to rate. Update: I’m a goof, and it just wasn’t part of the default workflow, but does exist as an “in progress” stage between primed and painted! Magnificent! I have never been happier to add a fifth star!

### 5/5 — Great app for tracking efforts!

*2025-06-25, version 1.19.0*

I didn’t see any sort of guide on how to set up the app initially, but about 5 minutes of tinkering did the trick. I’d love to see the ability to either link to a pic in your photos, or the ability to add a thumbnail pic to the miniature. Great way to visualize what you still have to do in a way that hopefully motivates you to get your projects finished.

### 5/5 — Like it!

*2025-04-08, version 1.19.0*

Add photos pls 🥹

### 5/5 — Brilliant to stay motivated

*2025-02-12, version 1.19.0*

Love this app! I’ve found it absolutely invaluable to keep track of my collection and to see how far along I am. Really good to stay motivated and plan what you are going to paint next.

### 5/5 — Tracking and Organizing

*2024-12-27, version 1.19.0*

Great for tracking and organizing your backlog and painting. Helps determine projects that are nearly there and how to approach their completion.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2024-11-21, version 1.19.0*

Been using this for a couple of years, Cloud save is amazing and has saved me so many times. Now that i can have it on my Mac as well im slowly moving everything to Figure case instead of digital notes everywhere.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Stop asking for feedback, it’s like a telemarketer.

*2024-07-15, version 1.19.0*

Great products get reviewed

### 3/5 — Fine..

*2026-05-29, version 1.20.4*

Terminology is confusing with groups on two separate levels. Really needs a search function.

### 3/5 — Simple Functionality

*2024-09-28, version 1.19.0*

Need a way to rearrange the order in “Configure Workflow”. Also like a way to create sub steps for specific paints, colors, or elements on a figure. Good app and start, wish there was more for $5 worth.

### 3/5 — Repeatedly deletes data

*2023-10-07, version 1.18.0*

I like the idea of this and the ui is great. However, its lost miniature data twice and I don’t have the patience to add again.

### 3/5 — Really not bad! Could use more customisation

*2022-01-25, version 1.13.0*

It’s nice to be able to see what you have
But it feels like it was built for one specific work flow

You really need to be able to add your own personal steps in the painting process, change what each step’s colour is, basically, if it can be toggled, it needs to be more customisable.

And I really don’t understand the whole effort part of the app, it just seems weirdly out of place

For what it is, it’s good, but it could be great!

### 4/5 — Simple Functionality

*2026-01-04, version 1.19.0*

Need a way to rearrange the order in “Configure Workflow”. Also like a way to create sub steps for specific paints, colors, or elements on a figure like varnish step. Good app and start, wish there was more to be worth $5 🤷‍♂️.

### 4/5 — Super Cool

*2025-10-08, version 1.19.0*

This app is cool and perfect for my need to sort and categorize. The only thing missing is the ability to add a picture to each mini

### 4/5 — A few more Anlytics

*2025-09-22, version 1.19.0*

I would like to be able to sort into more granular groupings and pull analytics for them.
Additionally, it would be nice to have Tags that can be added to Miniatures, Groups and Collections. Then filters for those Tags. That would push this over the edge of 5 stars.
Also, colours for the different groups and collections would be nice.
Also an export function would be nice. Maybe in pdf, excel sheet form, also with a few optional filters.

If all that would come with a toggle button like „Stats for nerds“ , „Tags“ and the likes would be amazing.

### 4/5 — Top Überblick aber keine Fotos

*2024-08-14, version 1.19.0*

Bin wirklich sehr zufrieden über das Programm aber eine Fotofunktion wäre hier wirklich super.
Diese wird mittlerweile seit langer Zeit versprochen aber leider immer noch nicht verfügbar.

### 4/5 — App works great, but review popup is very annoying

*2023-08-09, version 1.18.0*

Not usually a fan of leaving reviews, the app itself works great, but it reached the point this week where every time I tapped the "back" button, it opened up the popup to submit a review and the submit button never worked.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Werk heel goed

*2026-08-12, version 1.20.4*

De app is fantastisch voor het bij houden van je collectie en werk prima

### 5/5 — Handy tool

*2026-07-04, version 1.20.4*

Such a great way to keep a track of progress in this hobby!

### 5/5 — Super handy app

*2026-06-03, version 1.20.4*

I really love this app. Just fun for me.
Only one thing: base prepared, would be nice to move it lower bc I do base at the end.

### 5/5 — Works fine

*2026-05-15, version 1.20.4*

I love the app and it feels and looks great. It is the only app for me to manage my collection as i want. Thank you for this great work <3 the only thing i really miss, is the ability to export collections (e.g. I have a collection for my warhammer miniatures and want to export my necrons. It would be perfect if it would be a text with amount, name and status. Maybe you have time to implement this :)

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-05-03, version 1.20.4*

I bought this to keep track of all the miniatures I’ve got. I mainly paint resin prints but the collections and groups work quite well for splitting minis by artist. I like that this app is quite limited in scope and doesn’t have a bunch of other features to confuse things. The only feature that’s really missing for me is to be able to have photos of my minis (painted and otherwise) because, being resin prints, I don’t always have unique descriptive names for them.

### 5/5 — Simple and Organized

*2026-05-03, version 1.20.4*

Easy to set up categories and separate armies for any and all games along with work flow of how you paint.

### 5/5 — USE THIS APP!!!!

*2026-05-02, version 1.20.4*

Highly recommend this app its so good for tracking my armies

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2026-04-28, version 1.20.3*

This app has helped me stay motivated and interested in the hobby, I’ve always struggled to stay focused on the same army but this has really helped me out and stay on top of my collection. 100% worth it

### 5/5 — I love this app!

*2026-04-20, version 1.20.3*

I use it all the time. It really helps my painting motivation.

### 5/5 — Just what I needed!

*2026-04-04, version 1.20.2*

I love this app. I’ve been using it for a while to track my WH collection and it’s saved me money on quite a few occasions, as I like to buy the bigger discount boxes and this stops me from buying duplicates (painter not a gamer). It’s really easy to use and keeps things organised.

There are a few things I’d like to see in updates. 1, add a search functionality. I wanna see what dreadnoughts I have assigned to armies for example. 2, id like to be able to track how the minis were bought and their cost. For example, adding information as to what boxes I got them in and the breakdown of the cost per model etc.
