Takes too long to get a link. Don’t bother downloading. ### 4/5 — Pretty Decent, No Problems Signing Up. 4.5/5 *2023-01-18, version 1.3.4* I was reading a lot of the reviews. The only bad thing is you can’t pay bills using the routing and account numbers and I hope you get that part fixed because I would use Figure Pay as a regular account, but a lot of my bills pay out using the account and routing numbers which can’t be used for bill pay. Otherwise the app is great. I had no problems signing up, I had no issue taking pictures of my License and received my Pay card within a week after signing up. Not sure why everyone else had these problems but I never had any problem signing up. Please fix it so we can use routing and account numbers to pay bills. I cannot get it to work…. My phone is the iPhone 14 Pro with a really good camera so I don’t understand why it’s not working. and there’s no way to contact customer service because it won’t let me out of that screen.! ### 1/5 — Scam. They will take your money *2022-11-07, version 1.3.3* SCAMMERS. Do yourself a solid and don’t use this banking card. They refused to let me get my money off that just got deposited leaving me and my family broke. I don’t owe them any money whatsoever either. This company has multiple bad reviews on other sites I found out after the fact. SCAMMERS. Then after I was told my check was gonna get mailed and I would receive a tracking number I didn’t. Monday rolled around I call and they haven’t even mailed it. 6:30 now still no tracking number. Don’t use this app. You will regret it ### 1/5 — Won’t scan id *2022-10-17, version 1.3.3* Wasted 45 minutes of my time trying to scan id, I turn on every light added dark background and all it keep saying is hold steady…. Been holding steady as possible but how steady do you expect when I’m picture. Worthless. Reinstall app and close app . Same message like how steady do you expect ### 1/5 — Can’t get your money on the weekend!! *2022-07-30, version 1.3.1* I am so frustrated with this app.. it is Saturday morning I have money on my account, I can’t add any of my banks to transfer it to?!?! I have to wait for my card to come in 7-14 days?!?!? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Unacceptable. I need my money now!!! Oh and they aren’t open for customers on the weekends either!! So I have no one to help me get it off, so here’s your review, Figure Pay! ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2022-05-04, version 1.3.0* Tried verifying my identity with all my correct information 4 times and it kept saying to re-apply. Useless, not contacting customer service at all, if their service is as poor as their verifying process I don’t want anything to do with it. NEXT. ### 1/5 — Illegal to pick and choose customers *2022-04-07, version 1.2.1* I’ve had a figure account and I don’t know if they looked at my profile pic and decided they didn’t want me as a customer anymore or what. But I feel like that’s definitely discriminatory behavior from a company, to just close my account, tell me to contact the fraud department by email for reasons why, and then not get any response after 5 emails. Like there basically isn’t a reason. I’ll be contacting the CFPB and see if I can get any answers ### 1/5 — Can’t sign up *2022-03-27, version 1.1.2* I go to sign up and I can’t even move the page to sign up. It’s a mess.
