You cannot check in (feature was not working as of August 2024), view tickets/boarding passes, or set up baggage drop. The airport has a completely empty line to drop bags - totally unused. Instead, there is a very long line with only two windows open for physical check in. The web based online features to check in and view boarding passes also did not work. The app for my $16 Amazon earbuds is way better. The + sign is in the top right corner of the screen beside the notch and doesn’t work. There also appears to be something where the notch is that is unreadable. Simple and bare bones is ok to a point, but it has to work. Frankly, any star(s) above 2 stars has to be seen as suspicious. Very suspicious. Cannot book flights and cannot search for booked flights. That’s not bare bones, that’s useless….that is the core at least of what an airline app should do. It just gets stuck on an update page with a message saying it’s taking longer than usual to update, but it never updates! It doesn’t work on my iPhone or iPad. A waste of time. My flight was intentionally cancelled and they wouldn’t issue me a refund for an international flight. Poor customer service and there website states that they will issue a refund for any unused flights. ### 1/5 — Terrible customer support *2025-07-15* App is terrible and the customer support is even worse. The call center couldn’t even adjust our seats after calling almost a dozen times. Y’all really need to improve your app and online customer service. ### 1/5 — Can’t select seats *2025-06-13* I have been trying for several months to select my seats for my flight (included in my ticket) and the app gives me an error every time. Called customer service who said the issue is that I have to pay to select seats (again, supposed to be included in my fare) and after 45 minutes of the transiting unneeded to pay $80 per passenger each way to select seats even though even the app said seats were included I gave up, hoping that once I checked in I could get it sorted. Just checked in, picked seats, and got the same error message. Fortunately it’s an empty flight but if this was a full flight I’d be making a bigger fuss about having paid to select seats and then being unable to do so. It does tell you what email the confirmation was sent to, but that is weak and inferior compared to other airlines apps. Currently, I have 3 flights booked on Fiji Airways. For the 2 international tickets I received 2 emails each, one of which has just itinerary and the other has everything, but for the domestic ticket I only received an email with itinerary. I cannot see how much I paid for the ticket in any email or in the app. I either need to call them, or check multiple credit card accounts on line to find the charge. I have flown over 3 million miles and use the apps for many airlines. This one is good start but very weak by comparison. Hopefully they will continue to develop it to make it more useful and robust. ### 2/5 — Issues *2019-03-27* Started off ok. Found my booking, started check in, went to upgrade seats and app wouldn’t let me get passed the payment portion. Tried deleting, restarting my phone and reinstalling, still same issue.
