## What is Fika Photos?

Fika Photos is one private place for the photos your team, club, or group takes together.

After every game, trip, or meeting, the same thing happens. A few photos stay on your phone, a dozen land in a group text, and the rest sit on somebody's laptop. A year later they might as well be gone. Fika brings them into one space that belongs to your group, stored in collections your group names.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Add photos and videos straight from your camera roll
• Browse every collection your group has made, newest first or by the date taken
• Open a photo and see the whole story: when it was taken, where, and on what
• Search across collections to find the one you're picturing
• Star the collections you want to come back to
• Save originals at full quality

INVITE-ONLY
Fika Photos is not a social network. There is no public feed, no follower counts, and no audience to perform for. Your photos are visible to the people your group invites and to nobody else. Admins decide who gets in and can take access away at any time.

NO AI OR ALGORITHM
Fika does not run facial recognition on your photos. Nothing gets reordered by an engagement score, nothing floats to the top because software decided it should, and nothing in your library is used to train a model. Your collections stay the way your group arranged them.

YOU ARE NOT THE PRODUCT
We do not sell your photos or your personal data, we do not license them, and we do not hand anything to advertisers or data brokers. The person who owns a space pays for storage. That is the entire business.

PERMANENT TAKEDOWNS
Don't like a photo in a group? Ask for it to come down. It gets deleted everywhere, duplicates included, and blocked from being uploaded again.

MADE FOR GROUPS THAT KEEP SHOWING UP
Sports teams. Scout troops. Summer camps. Dance studios. Marching bands. Church and youth groups. School clubs. Families. Any crew that gathers on a schedule and wants the memories to still be there next year.

GETTING STARTED
Most people join Fika Photos from an invite. If someone sent you one, open it and you are in. To learn more about starting a new space for your group, head to https://fikaphotos.com.

### 5/5 — Staying connected

*2026-09-26*

Fika helps me stay connected with my friends from high school! It's been very easy to use and add everyone and for them to add and remove photos. We used to use Shutterfly share sites (R.I.P.) and this is an excellent alternative.

### 5/5 — WOW!!!

*2026-09-25*

This is the reason I lost my virginity!!! Excellent!!!
