Acá en Torre City Médica de Rionegro, Antioquia, supuestamente está habilitada la app, se hace la solicitud del turno y al minuto notifica que el turno ya fue atendido, luego pregunta uno en la supuesta taquilla que atendieron y dicen desconocer la app y que aquí eso no sirve de nada. Una pérdida lamentable de tiempo 😒

Esta aplicación es excelente pero falta implementarla en mas lugares y en los que ya está, que se muestren los turnos de una manera más ágil porque siempre dice “internal several error” pero el ficho si se genera en la entidad prestadora de servicio y es hacer que se retrase el servicio

Intento escanear un código QR de un turno que ya tengo saqué en el establecimiento, y saca error. Tampoco funciona la funcionalidad de generar un ticket nuevo. La interfaz se ve poco profesional.
