I selected it multiple times, didn’t upload. Terrible product.

**Developer response:** That upload failing isn't normal — I'd genuinely like to fix it. Email support@neurasync.ma with the file type/size and your device, and I'll make sure it compresses for you.

This app didn’t work from the minute I paid the 14.99 license fee. Was never able to upload a document and it doesn’t scroll at all. Ridiculous and I wish I could get my $15 bucks back!

Costs 2 dollars to even compress a file and on top of that it doesn’t let you choose the file type, compressed the file to .bzip2 which my phone can’t process and the file size stayed the same do not use this service
