I’ve been using this developer’s eBook Converter iOS application for several months with little to no issues. When using the FREE version of the eBook Converter app, if a conversion sometimes resulted in error, all I had to do was try it again and (99% of the time) it would work just fine.

I don’t know why I thought it would be a good idea to even install THIS app, but unfortunately I did. NOT ONE (1) FILE CONVERSION OF ANY KIND, NO MATTER HOW MANY DIFFERENT KINDS OF FILES I TRIED, NO MATTER THE SIZE OF THE FILES I TRIED, ZERO (0) ATTEMPTED FILE CONVERSIONS HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL WITH THIS APP. (Note: I’ve tried this app on both iOS + iPadOS but the result is the same – failure every single time no matter what.) This app will just take up space on your device and fail to successfully complete even the most trivial of tasks.)

Dear Developer(s), the aim of this review is that you will read it and perhaps do something to fix this entirely broken app, (and the least you could do is remove it from the App store until it actually works). Not only does this app not work at all, IT *BROKE* THE EBOOK CONVERTER APP MADE BY YOU. The FREE eBook Converter app WAS working just fine until I installed this app, but ever since then both have failed every single attempted file conversion. If you want people to pay for your app to work as advertised, THEN JUST CHARGE MONEY FOR THE APPS THAT ACTUALLY WORK. Don’t put “free” versions of those apps on here when all these do is show advertisements, ask the user for money, and FAIL to do the ONE thing they were supposed to do. 

If you’d like me to send an email or message with specific details regarding my issues, I’d be happy to do so. The only reason I have not done so is because I’m rather certain you will never read this review and/or actually care enough to take it seriously.
