I hope they fix this soon cause i loved their WiFi transfer option and miss it After multiple emails below is yet another with no reply. Once again hello and how are you Thanks for the latest update however we are still faced with the crash issue when attempting to press the WiFi transfer button or the USB Transfer, as for the bluetooth transfer it was a shame to find out that now you are asking us to go premium to use this feature, i am guessing that your crash issue with the other 2 options is related, and it would be a real disappointment to see you going down that road Me and my friends love your app however we see ourselves forced to go in another direction, even if we have to pay for the app but at least with the new app we know upfront that it costs money unlike your case where it was free and became costly (even if we have to pay double what you are asking), and furthermore your app never specified that if is free for a period of time before it becomes paid Anyway it was nice using your app, but a shame that we have to move to another one ### 4/5 — Nice file manager *2019-02-07, version 7.1* This program is the one of the best file manager that i seen But after the last update the bug is appear on the wifi transfer section and the app wll crash ### 4/5 — Bug *2019-01-29, version 7.0* When you play a song from a folder of some songs and put in shuffle mode and then you go to the next song, it will always play the first song of the list in the folder. This is absolutely the best one. I feel it was faster before this update. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — File transfer does not work? *2019-01-26, version 6.9* I purchased the upgrade, but was not able to send a file from an iPhone to another iPhone either using BT or via Wifi. BT did not connect at all. With wifi I connected to the the iPhone and saw the file, clicked download, but the only thing that happened was a refresh of the display. ### 2/5 — Read error: reading permission *2018-06-25, version 6.8* I’m using the latest version of this application. The biggest problem is when my phone is locked the music doesn’t switch to the next and it displays “read error: permission problem.” How can I fix this error so I can enjoy listening to music while driving? ### 2/5 — Bluetooth pairing issue *2017-12-15, version 6.6* When my iPhone is connected to car Bluetooth audio and play a playlist while iPhone is locked it’s not going to the next audio file. I have to manually play it through my iPhone. I can create logins for each. But ... * I cannot rename the two accounts. Both appear exactly the same in some cases. * I cannot move or copy files from one account to another. The UI is well done, although the manner in which the right panes fill in (with a “flash in” effect) can be distracting. ### 3/5 — All-rounder file manager *2018-03-23, version 6.7* Mar 2018: The "open files in other apps" function doesn't seem to work properly. The app freezes/crashes whenever I try to open a file from FileHub in another app (exporting to iCloud doesn't work either). -------- Older review Thank you for the reply. I followed your instructions and was able to transfer files to my laptop now ☺️ I took off 1* since lately the Open-in-other-apps feature sometimes doesn’t work and Filehub on some rare cases won’t display txt file correctly (shown blank) even though it’s UTF-8. And it can be slow or crashes when handling larger texts. Other than that it’s my go to app for managing files (Apple’s one is...not up to par, to put it lightly) ————————- Below is my old review ———————— This is the rating for the new update. I loved FileHub and used it all the time to transfer all types of files between my iPad & computer. After the latest update, my files stopped getting recognized by iTunes (I also tried iFunbox, doesn't work either). Thankfully the files are still on iOS but if this doesn't get fixed, I'll have to jump through hoops to get my ~10gb of files to my laptop. 😵 Please work on a solution, thank you!! 🌹 **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback, the default app files container has been changed from iTunes file sharing folder to app group's container since version 6.0, all of this is for support of iOS file provider (iOS 11 Files app) feature, so if you prefer old fashion, you can move all of files from the root folder to iTunes folder, then everything is same as before. ### 3/5 — Worst update *2017-10-14, version 6.1* The new version is the worst update the version 5.5 was the best manager ever but after version 6 becomes the worst You can't access your files through laptop and not possible to see the lyrics anymore and Etc ### 4/5 — Major bug *2021-06-28, version 8.4.2* Your app has a major bug when playing music after 2 minutes the app will crash down and stops, please fix it. ### 4/5 — Can’t open the app *2020-04-23, version 8.3.1* since the last update I can’t open the app and access my files.
