Need to pay to use it only 5 photos can be transferred without paying deleted

Once you buy they make it so hard to cancel the subscription! Only two options to kee paying on it no cancellations and I don’t even remember ever using this app but it’s on my card!

I have a paid version. I am not able to download all files. Sometimes I select all and download but at one point it stops downloading with 0 bytes. Sometimes it says download successful but no files are being downloaded in download folder. What is this. Where are my files being downloaded ? I will sue you guys if this breaches privacy.
