The Tonido staff could not have been more helpful and supportive. The apps are working well for our users. Great company with a great product. ### 5/5 — Great everything *2014-10-03* Great Company Great Support Great App Went to filecloud after owncloud decided they would only do partnerships and drop their enterprise support. Won't go back. Since then I have three companies on FileCloud and will never look back. When I try to open using the ‘open with ‘ option. The app crashes. **Developer response:** Starting with 18.3.00 we use an improved PDF engine which should solve all your viewing issues. Please give it a try and contact us if you have any problem. ### 1/5 — Not working since iOS 10 update *2016-11-13* Like the app but it will not connect to our server since iOS 10 (and later) updates. Tested on more than 1 iOS device. Please resolve. **Developer response:** FileCloud has been updated with new features and bug of fixes including proper support for iOS 9 and up to iOS 12. Please test the latest version and let us know if you encounter any problem. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2016-01-19, version 4.8* Sync doesn't work properly ### 2/5 — No Search Function When Sharing *2022-09-20, version 21.3.30* When trying to save a pdf or any file I have to search through hundreds of folders by alphabetical to find my desired location. How can they miss a search function when trying to “share to file cloud” from web browser or adobe. Wild ### 4/5 — Background Audio Playback Still Missing *2026-02-26* I’ve been using FileCloud for a long time and overall it works well. However, one feature that used to work has been missing for quite some time. In the past, when playing audio files like MP3 or WAV, playback would continue even if the phone screen went to sleep. That functionality hasn’t been available in a long time, and it’s noticeably impacted usability. Now, as soon as the screen turns off, the audio stops. This makes it difficult to listen to recordings or longer audio files without keeping the screen awake the entire time. The native iOS Files app supports background audio playback without any issues, so it’s disappointing that this still hasn’t been restored in FileCloud. I really hope a future update brings this feature back. ### 4/5 — Great fast cloud app..... *2021-06-09* Love the iphone app, but could be tweeked a bit. The picture previews thumbnails could be bigger, like onecloud or Mega. The phone picture backup status could be available like in the old version to know if its actually working or not. ### 4/5 — Pretty Impressive *2013-12-30* The only thing I don't like is the file upload process. With dropbox, I could do an Open With from an email and select a folder. With this app, I have to open with to a local folder before I can move to the final destination. **Developer response:** We have just released an updated version with native File app and Microsoft Office support for browsing and in-place editing files and also added drag and drop support to move files in and out of FileCloud when multitasking on iPads. I can download files from my account so that I can get to them when I’m offline and I can be logged in to multiple accounts on the same app. I wish other file sharing and sync apps did this! I am easily able to share and access all of my documents straight from the app and very seamless.
