Seit Jahren nutze ich fileee und empfehle dies auch im Freundeskreis weiter. Ein Highlight für mich sind die Fileee Spaces. Eine Rechnung für die Lohnsteuer kommt per Email rein, dann hochladen in fileee, teilen im Space. Lohnsteuerbüro Zugriff drauf gewähren und fertig ist das Thema Lohnsteuer. Beim Lohnsteuerbüro bin ich der einzige der es auf diesem Weg macht. Meine Beraterin die offen dafür ist, findet es sehr angenehm. Seitdem habe ich kein Stress mit der Lohnsteuer. Bereits während des laufenden Jahres gleich hochladen und bereit stellen. top.👍

Nutze Fileee seit mehreren Jahren, hochladen geht easy und die analyse hat bisher auch immer funktioniert, sodass ich meist auf Anhieb gefunden hab was ich gesucht hab. Manchmal muss man nach anderer schreibweise suchen (bspw RuV oder R&V, wenn man es nicht manuell nochmal anpasst wie ich. Ja, es kostet geld, aber man bekommt ja auch was dafür. Für die ablage von teils sensiblen dokumenten zahle ich gern was, dafür hab ich daheim statt 7 nur noch 1 ordner rum stehen.

Ich bin wirklich kein Mensch, der Dokumente irgendwie abheften würde - was dazu führt, dass sie überall rum fliegen und ich nie etwas wiederfinde. Mit fileee ist das jetzt anders, ich hab alles digital immer bei mir und finde es über die Suche oder Tags und die Papierdokumente schmeiße ich einfach in die fileee Box - richtig gute Sache!

Ich benutze fileee schon länger und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Leider erhält die App viel zu wenige Updates. Seit dem letzten iOS-Update kann man keine Tags mehr setzen oder verändern. Die App ist damit aktuell nicht verwendbar.

Ich nutze Fileee bereits seit etwa zwei Jahren für meine private Dokumentenablage und freue mich immer wieder, wenn ich schnell benötigte Dokumente auf jedem Endgerät wiederfinde. Vieles funktioniert intuitiv und die Idee mit den Fileee-Boxen ist für mich perfekt. Auch die Scan-Geschwindigkeit hat sich zum Glück verbessert. Allerdings bin ich erstaunt, dass es ansonsten in den zwei Jahren gefühlt nur marginale Weiterentwicklungen gab und ich nach wie vor wichtige Features vermisse. Zum einen wäre es überfällig, die eher mittelmäßige Dokumentenerkennung und Auto-Tagging mit Hilfe von KI stark zu verbessern. Ich muss heute jedes (!) gescannte Dokument intensiv nachbearbeiten. Weiterhin wünschte ich mir schon lange die Möglichkeit, Texte aus gescannten Dokumenten auch auf mobilen Geräten direkt markieren und kopieren zu können. Auch die Dokument-Typen würde ich gerne jenseits der fest vorgegebenen selbst editieren bzw. ergänzen können. Es gibt viel Raum für Optimierungen und gefühlt kaum Entwicklung. Das fehlte mir noch für volle 5 Sterne.

Mittlerweile nutze ich fileee seit über einem Jahr und habe meine gesamte alte wie auch aktuelle Ablage mit fileee archiviert. Keine Schränke voller Ordner mehr; kein stundenlanges sortieren von Dokumenten mehr; kein Vergessen von anstehenden Zahlungen mehr. Wenn ich etwas suche, finde ich es über die intelligente Indizierung sofort.

Was noch fehlt ist eine Notfallfunktion, in der man a) alle wichtigen Daten und Versicherungen für einen Notfall in einer Übersicht zusammen führt und b) man den Zugang zur Ablage einem Notfallkontakt teilen kann.
