**Developer response:** Not in the least. You may be surprised to learn you have to actually subscribe to a subscription only site to use it. Completely false and incorrect, our thousands of users can attest to that.

The app. Keeps saying that my subscription has expired and i have never had one with them before!

**Developer response:** False, it said "Subscription is Expired or Inactive" but thanks for taking the time to write this. Really appreciate it.

They just want your email after that they log you out.

**Developer response:** This is completely false, the app is for subscribed users only and we currently can not support sign up through the app. Thanks for taking the time out of your day to post this.

Downloaded App, verified email.. as soon as I log an error message pops up and logs me out. Deleted app. Only 2 reviews seems like a phony

**Developer response:** I’m very sorry for your inconvenience, we are not able to process subscriptions through the app, similar to Spotify. Only active accounts work. I know it’s not convenient but this is a subscription only service and this is the only setup I’m able to support at the moment.

I have been using Filing:re for 8 months now. Twice I have contacted support. Both times there was a quick response, and I was very happy with the outcome each time. This app is for a subscription service for OTC stock trading (to be informed of news and filings of tickers among other things), and the price is very reasonable for what you receive. In response to those saying this is a scam and they are collecting your email address, they are incorrect. I have a specific email address I only use for my trading services. And using this service for 8 months I have not once received a spam message. Your email address is used as your login ID and to email you your monthly receipt. The only thing I have critical to say is when you are new to Filing:re and setting up your alerts in the app for the first time it would be nice to have a guide to a basic setup. That way once the user has experience with using this service for a couple weeks then they can build on that basic setup. But there is a Discord that allows you to ask any questions you have. And setting up isn’t hard after looking through for a while and getting a feel of the app and desktop version.
