## What is Fillume?

Fillume is a production lighting planner for creators, small studios, product photographers, and anyone who needs repeatable shot lighting without scattering notes across paper, camera rolls, and memory.

Use Fillume before and during a session to choose a setup, document the color plan, balance key/fill direction, and keep the same look across takes.

Key features:
- Illustrated lighting setup library for talking-head, product, beauty, food, desk, vehicle, and location sessions
- Shot Cards that combine setup, palette, white-balance notes, framing reminders, and a last-look checklist into one shareable plan
- Palette board with warm, cool, vivid, and soft gel references
- Two-color and edge-frame planning modes for key/accent continuity
- Multi-light rig planner with key/fill balance, dominant-light readout, and continuity warnings
- Calculators for lighting ratio, inverse-square falloff, color-temperature mixing, natural-light phases, and fixture quality
- Saved palettes and saved rigs in My Kit for repeatable scene notes
- Searchable lighting glossary with plain-language explanations

Fillume runs locally, requires no account, and does not request camera, microphone, location, tracking, or photo-library access.

### 2.0 — 2026-06-21

Fillume 2.0 — a pro upgrade for planning your lighting, still 100% offline.

• Lighting-Ratio Calculator: turn a stop gap into key:fill contrast ratios and a mood read.
• Distance & Falloff planner: the stop change and softness shift when you move a light.
• Two-Source Mixer: blend two color temperatures correctly, in mireds.
• Natural-Light Timeline: golden hour, blue hour, and midday white-balance notes by season.
• Light-Quality Guide: a rendering and deep-red skin-tone checker.

No camera, no network, no account — it's a planner that lives entirely on your device.

Introducing the Shot Card — fuse your lighting setup, color and Kelvin notes, framing, and the last-look checklist into one shareable, on-set plan. Plus a Kelvin white-balance note dial, a continuity planner, and a full accessibility pass. Fully on-device, no camera required.
