The phone app works, but I can only see trailers on Roku and a Mac. Support consists of long delays between “we’re working it,” but no genuine response. Support is from Vimeo, not Film Movement. I have asked for a refund. Crickets. It’s a shame because Film Movement used to be good.

There is no way to contact FM for queries not in their fixed list of possible issues. Not in the app and not on their website. We tried to gift a movie to a sister - using the exact email that we always communicate with her. She checked junk and trash but there is no trace of receiving the email supposedly set to her by FM. And there is no discernible way to get help with this problem - and, of course, the payment we made is not retrievable.

Content runs smoothly but the option for closed captioning is missing on multiple AppleTVs and iOS. Re-subscribed when last update stated it was fixed. Sadly must unsubscribe.

Yes.   Title unknown!! Right….The film title is ( often) unknown!!
  A major problem I have with Film Movement is: if i don't finish a film in one sitting..its ( very) difficult to come back to it a few days later to find/ complete it because I often have forgotten the film’s title.
This doesn't happen with other websites because they highlight the fact that a film or series viewing is incomplete. Or, they have an entire line noting : continue streaming or continue watching!
I wonder if Film Movement could consider— and address — this problem. Granted ..some ( or most) viewers might not have this problem but I do and I think that there are other viewers who would agree with me!

En primer lugar quiero empezar diciendo que hay una buena selección de películas y en ese aspecto no he tenido ningún problema. Los videos también se reproducen, los subtítulos también y la calidad también. El único problema que he encontrado hasta ahora es que cuando intento usar el adaptador para poder ver en la pantalla del televisor no lo acepta y solo se puede ver en la pantalla del teléfono inteligente. Ya busqué en la sección de ayuda que ustedes ofrecen, pero no encontré nada relacionado con el problema que estoy experimentando.

Movies are a part of our cultural lives and Film Movement offers some of the best from around the world. I find myself in places of intrigue and amazement. As a huge fan of Art House Classics Film Movement is a must for me and anyone who appreciates good cinema. Bravo!
