## What is FILMGAWI?

One video with several people in it becomes one vertical video per person.

Feed FILMGAWI a stage clip or a group video and it tracks each person separately, then produces a 9:16 vertical reel for each of them. No cutting out crops by hand.

■ One reel per person
It tells the people on screen apart and follows each of them. When they cross paths or are briefly hidden, the app stitches them back to the same person.

■ Framing that follows
The crop follows the person's movement so they stay in the vertical frame, smoothed so it never jerks.

■ Everything on your device
Analysis and rendering both run on your device. Your video is never uploaded. No account, no sign-in, no ads.

■ 1080p, 2K, 4K
Analysis runs light; the export comes out at the resolution you choose.

■ Decorate
Add text or apply a colour preset and burn them into the export.

■ Deep tracking
For footage where people are hidden often and tracking keeps dropping, this re-runs the analysis and works harder to recover them.

■ English and Korean
Tap the language button in the top-right corner to switch.

You can also import by pasting a video link. Please only use videos you own or that are cleared for public use.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-08-25

• Maintenance release. The tracking engine was restructured internally for reliability; nothing you see or do in the app has changed.
• Analysis results are identical to 1.0.6, so projects you have already analysed keep their reels.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-08-20

• Tighter subject following — fixed the head drifting out of frame when someone moves quickly across the shot.
• More consistent results when a video is analysed again.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-08-18

• Improved person tracking: fewer dropped subjects when people overlap or briefly leave the frame and come back.
• The tracking engine was updated, so existing projects need to be analysed again. Your source videos and settings are unchanged.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-08-04

A big improvement to camera movement.

• Fixed the camera whipping sideways when tracking slipped. It can no longer pan faster than a person could actually move.
• The subject's face now sits on the horizontal centre line, and stays there through leans and turns.
• Stretches where tracking jumped to a different person are now flagged in the analysis log.

Also fixed
• The progress bar looked empty for the first moments of a job
• Disabled buttons looked identical to active ones
• Tags and buttons could be clipped on smaller screens
• Turn-away counts disappeared when the app was reopened

Note: projects are re-analysed after this update so existing footage gets the improved framing.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-01

Fixes the language button — in 1.0.1 it changed only its own label and left the screen in the old language. The analysis screen also showed some Korean text in the English build; it is now English throughout.
- Time a person spent OFF-SCREEN is no longer counted as time facing away
- Faster analysis, especially for 4K and larger videos
- New per-person read-out of when they turn away; tidier layout on smaller iPhones
