You can't delete bad imports and you can't access your sheets if you don't have service. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback! We've added offline support in version 2.0 which has just been released on the App Store. And we're working on job/callsheet deletion for a future version. ### 4/5 — Use it every day *2016-12-12, version 1.4.1* I love this app. It's the best way to keep contacts and jobs collected for cross-referencing. But...it needs an update. iOS 10 is giving a message that the app is slowing down the machine. This may or may not be true but keeping apps up to date with OS updates is worth it to keep customers happy. ### 3/5 — Incredible resource, but needs an update *2016-11-09, version 1.4.1* Working mostly on commercial sets, this has become one of my greatest resources to maintaining contacts. The only reason I gave it 3-stars however, is because the app is often very slow to bring up callsheets or contact info and now needs to be updated to work efficiently with the new iOS. Other than that, this is my go to app for every job and I usually recommend it to everyone I work with. ### 3/5 — Great idea *2016-06-16, version 1.4.1* This could definitely come in handy, but could use some features like editing the list after it imports. One thing that bugs me is some random info gets copied that i would like to delete. ### 5/5 — This App is a Must Have for freelancers *2015-03-23, version 1.4.1* I have had this app for the past couple of years and I use it ALL the time. When I get calls for jobs I can look for names of directors or producers or anyone that I'd like to reference. It helps me keep track of my spots so that I can put them on my website. I'm able to find assistants from other jobs or recommend people I've worked with. I LOVE this app!!!!! ### 5/5 — Awesome tool, I use it constantly *2015-03-04, version 1.4.1* Ever forget someone's name on set or need their phone number quick? Stop doing the move where you zoom in on a call sheet and try and go back and forth between a call/text/contact screen putting in info like a fool and use filmtouch. Finally an easy way to store our call sheets and having all the info in its own database. WELL DONE! ### 5/5 — Incredible resource for the commercial production professional *2015-01-08* If you work in the commercial world, this is app is an absolute MUST! Gone are the days of opening up a Callsheet on your email, pinching in to the person's number or email you need, copying, then going to the needed app to make contact. With FilmTouch, you can easily look up anyone's cell or email and BAM you're calling or writing to them in an instant! There is room for improvement with this awesome app and I can't wait to see where it takes us. For example, editing the My Jobs screen. Also, it would be stellar to not rely on a data connection to get the info, and store it all locally somehow. Aside from that it's STILL a five-star app. Stop reading this and DOWNLOAD IT ALREADY!!!! ### 5/5 — Great App *2014-09-12, version 1.4.1* I have never bothered to keep call sheets but this gives you a great way to keep them stored and now I can find the names of crew I've worked with and the jobs they were on super easily. ### 5/5 — Smartest app I use! *2014-08-17, version 1.4.1* It's so simple, so smart. I can't believe it didn't exist before! It's virtually having every callsheet in the palm of your hands. Plus, we've all said at one point "who was that dude on that job..." And you can find out! Searching by position, name... So smart. Love love love. Makes me look more prepared then I actually am. I wish it could highlight people I have worked with in the past. **Developer response:** Hi Rotcerid. I hear you. I also work in the film industry and use the app all the time. There are more features I wish it had. Alas, since it's a small app with a small user base, I have to pick and choose what gets updated when there's time and it makes financial sense. It was working ok for years and now not working. Can’t get an answer from the developers after a couple attempts. I rely heavily on this app for my work and rehiring crew on a regular basis. Eek! **Developer response:** Hello, Thanks for the feedback. I’m sorry you experienced those issues. It was caused by server issues. The web host we’ve been using for years has become increasingly unstable. I’ve made the decision to move to a new host but because of how the system is built it will take some time. Since I’m a lone developer, also working in the film industry, I don’t have as much time as I’d like to dedicate to the app. I hope to have it all fixed soon. I hope you can understand. Thank you for buying and using the app. And for reaching out. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work and is very glitchy! *2020-02-07* I use to love this app. In fact, if it were worked I’d give it 5 stars. Great concept. But this app is always buggy. ALWAYS! and now it just plain doesn’t work. My app has been in a constant state of “uploading” the last call sheet I submitted. I can’t close out of it, force quit, nothing. So now the app is useless. I have the paid version of this app and it’s super frustrating. No one to Contact either. ### 1/5 — It’s a cool idea *2018-10-22* I really like this idea, but it does not currently function well enough to be of any use to me. One out of four callsheets I tried to import would not be processed and every one of them processed at least a few names and positions incorrectly or not at all. I also was unable to edit or delete data that was incorrect. I would love to see this app grow because I think it could be an amazing tool, but as it is now I would not recommend it. **Developer response:** Hi Peggi. Thanks for the feedback. We’re working on it. We just released a new version where we rewrote all the code on the device and added some cool new features. Now we’re building a brand new API on the backend. This new architecture will allow us to add all these features that have been on our list for a long time. Including the ability to edit or delete data that’s incorrect as well as more transparency about what has happened to the files you’ve imported. And we’re always working on improving the algorithm that reads the thousands of different types of callsheets and crew lists out there. ### 1/5 — Good idea, lacking manual features *2015-03-26, version 1.4.1* Good idea, but lacking needed features such as the ability to delete jobs, edit incorrect info, and correct errors when the program doesn't detect roles correctly. ### 2/5 — Erased all my previous call sheets *2026-05-14* This app erased all my previous call sheets so it’s useless now. I waited 3 months for a response about call sheets not being able to upload and now this. What a shame bc when it is working, it’s amazing. Never again. **Developer response:** Our bad! So sorry. We had a bug in iOS 26 that was preventing callsheets from importing from the Mail app. But we've fixed the bug and submitted the app for review and distribution (4/14/2026). We apologize for the inconvenience. ### 2/5 — Slllllooooowwwww *2017-09-04* This app does a good job converting PDF call sheets into a searchable database but it seems to store all the info in the cloud so it's quite slow searching anything. He went above and beyond to help me recover more than 350 jobs that were stored on the server. I honestly thought they were gone, but thanks to his persistence and expertise, everything was recovered. Kudos to Andrew and the FilmTouch team for their exceptional customer support. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its product and genuinely cares about its users. FilmTouch has been an essential part of my workflow for over a decade, and I look forward to using it for many more years. This has saved me a couple times when I should have remembered someone’s name. 100% needed and used. ### 5/5 — Answers one of the most asked questions on set *2019-06-02* I love this app for many reasons. One thing I constantly find myself asking people on set is: "what was that job we worked on together...?". Filmtouch answers that in seconds. The updated version is lightning fast. For me, one of the most useful features is search by position. I can quickly gather contact info for every producer I've ever worked with and send out an avail notice to remind people I'm still around after disappearing on a feature or just being away for an extended period. I just wish it had support offline. **Developer response:** Wish granted! Version 2.0 of the app just dropped and it includes offline use! On your first launch your data will be downloaded to the device making the app respond much faster, enabling live search and allowing you to use the app without an internet connection.
