In 2 days ..dont go for itt . It raises your expectations only but doesn’t work ### 1/5 — Calls not coming on iPad *2025-10-29* Can’t pick calls on iPad ### 1/5 — Poor/Absurd help desk *2025-10-03* I have never seen such and absurd or stupid support system of any online teaching application. Many students come on this app to harass female teachers and give bad rating if you dont reply them or give your contact number. After complaining to the customer care/support system they start to review your account and address like this incident was only one time please dont say bad to premium students and ask teachers to be in their limit. Earlier it was showing account blocked now after long time nothing. Already checked that the filo tutor is updated to the latest version. And I have a well stable Internet connection too. After accepting the call twice, the call automatically gets rejected showing the call again option on screen. Please fix the issue. Lot of filo tutor ios app users are facing the same glitch. Plz plz & plz fix this issue as soon as possible. They have been informed and said they would take it down, but it is still up. They gave me no explanation or apology for it. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION TO THIS COMPANY! Secondly we don’t get the pay for those seconds which don’t make up a minute even if the session is ending at 59th second.
