## Most critical reviews (4 lowest-rated)

### 2/5 — doesn’t support uploading videos

*2025-04-20*

i’m not gonna refund it because i can tell it’s a smaller group of people working, but it really should allow its users to upload videos/photos from their camera roll

**Developer response:** Appreciate the feedback! You can now add your own videos instead of or in combination with the camera input

### 3/5 — Can you guys add glitch and distortion effects?

*2026-01-25*

This app has a lot of potential, adding some decent visual effects would take it to another level.

**Developer response:** Done, you can now add your own videos instead of or in combination with the camera input!

### 3/5 — Pre-recorded videos and distortion effects

*2025-09-06*

Can you guys add the ability to use pre-recorded videos and add some distortion effects?

**Developer response:** Done, you can now add your own videos instead of or in combination with the camera input!

### 5/5 — Lots of promise

*2025-02-01*

This is a cool idea and I think it’s got potential to become even cooler. I like the effects, and I think they look great.

An idea for a future update would be to make it so we can combine the output of two nodes with something like a mixer node. For example, maybe I could mix the output of a saturation node and a lines node to overlay comic book style lines over a saturated version of the video. Almost like real time cartoon-ification.

That would make it really handy to have ways to infer transparency from the nodes. Like maybe the brightness of a pixel determines its transparency in one mode, etc.

There’s real potential here. I hope you continue to develop this.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for this insightful review! I will incorporate this feedback on an upcoming version. Specifically, having more configurable node paths and potentially configurable triggers on those nodes for specialized effects: I've also heard some feedback of incorporating a timeline feature for adding in audio and managing the effects overtime (perhaps triggers of the effects on the audio as well). Thanks again and I hope you continue to use the app! - jf
