This is a very sophisticated piece of software; COMPLETELY confusing, counterintuitive, and clunky.  IF this were a tool that was used on a regular, full time basis it would probably be terrific.  However, I’m stuck dealing with it once a year.  Right now, I’m trying to download leads from a show; it shows them to me on a spreadsheet, but I have no idea how to get them into a folder.
