## What is fin fitnesstracker?

Logging your strength training is free in fin. No time limit, no trial that runs out.

Been training for months and not sure whether it's actually going anywhere? fin records every set, every weight and every rep — and shows you in plain numbers where you stand.

FREE, FOR GOOD
Log sets, reps and weights. The full exercise catalogue with 222 movements. Up to three training plans. Apple Watch, Lock Screen control and everything with friends.

YOUR LAST SET, ALWAYS IN VIEW
While you train, your previous value sits right next to the current one. No thinking between sets — just a number to beat.

FROM THE LOCK SCREEN
Add weight, tick off a set, start the rest timer — without opening the app. Works on Apple Watch too, even without your iPhone nearby.

WITH FRIENDS OR ON YOUR OWN
Share sessions with people who follow you — or keep everything private. You decide for each one.

REST DAYS DON'T BREAK YOUR STREAK
Marking a day as rest or sick keeps your streak intact. Training should help you, not punish you.

WARM-UP SETS AND DROPSETS
Hold a set to mark it as a warm-up. It shows an A instead of a number and stays out of the count.

WITH FIN PRO

WHAT'S IN YOU TODAY
fin reads sleep, heart rate and resting heart rate from Apple Health and shows your training readiness each morning. Measured against your own baseline, not some population average.

PROGRESS IN NUMBERS
Weight per exercise across weeks and months. Total volume, personal records, bodyweight trend. You log, fin does the rest.

HYROX, STRENGTH ENDURANCE AND CARDIO
Hyrox with the official competition weights by division. Cardio with running, rowing, Ski Erg, elliptical and stair climber — each with the right units.

AND
Widgets for Home Screen, Lock Screen and StandBy. Garmin sync. Your full history beyond 30 days.

Nothing is ever deleted. Unlock later and everything is still there.

### 5/5 — Beste Fitness App

*2026-09-18*

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.6.1 — 2026-09-20

Runs with a map: runs, rides and swims from Apple Health land in your history on their own, including the last 7 days, with their route on the map.
Recipes from TikTok: tap Share in TikTok and pick fin. Ingredients, amounts and steps arrive as a recipe.
More accurate calories for photos, sentences and recipes.
My Gym, widgets and many small improvements.

### 2.5 — 2026-09-17

Food counts now. A tab of its own for calories and macros, with a daily
target fin works out from your training.

157,140 foods sit on your device: search and barcodes work without a
network. Plus photographing a nutrition label, recipes, water, and an
eating-out guide covering 18 chains.

Pro adds two more ways in: calories from a photo and from your voice.
Photograph the plate, or just say what was on it.

Up to five training programmes side by side, each on its own weekly
rhythm (Pro). And connecting a Garmin is now free.

In your history, swipe a session left to delete it and enter your
weight right there. Your rest day is now agreed with your friends.

Fixed
• The large endurance timer stood still
• The end of a rest timer stayed silent
• Your streak broke retroactively when you changed your split
• The leaderboard showed stale ranks
• A session resumed after a flat battery came back with no display

### 2.4 — 2026-09-12

History has been rebuilt. Your week sits on top, one tap per day, and below it the whole year at a glance. You add a missed session right at the day — session, rest day or ill.

Every sport now shows its own numbers: running in kilometres with pace, cycling in km/h, swimming and rowing in metres, plus duration and calories. Tonnage and sets stay where they belong — in strength training.

The leaderboard is here. Your real sets turn into a rank across nine tiers, from Wood to Olympian, next to the friends you can catch up with.

Readiness now has a wheel, with sleep and resting heart rate over fourteen days. Runs, rides and swims from Health land in your history on their own.

The bar at the bottom is glass now: the bubble behind the active tab can be dragged with your finger, and paging between screens is smoother.

Fixed
• Sessions from Apple Watch showed up as "Hyrox" in your history
• Swims and rows from Health had the wrong distance
• A Hyrox counted 15 sections instead of 16
• The stopwatch would sometimes stall or jump
• A rest timer that was switched off still ran

### 2.3 — 2026-09-09

The shark moves to your lock screen. During a workout it shows how far
along you are — and its mood changes as the day goes on.

Your streak now counts days everywhere instead of weeks. Rest days
don't break it.

Readiness has been rebuilt: a scale instead of the ring, four cards
for resting heart rate, HRV, sleep and load. Tap a weekday to see
where you stood that day.

Cheer your friends on while they train.

Training keeps working with no connection at all. And with a long
history the app is noticeably faster.

### 2.1 — 2026-09-06
