Downloading the app isn’t the issue. It’s when you submit your personal information and a phone number, they call you in minutes after submitting. 

They explain a little of what there are  selling ,  they take you credit card or banking card info and tell you that a manager will call you to tell you how use the crypto app. 

They never call back. You can’t call them because the number they call from is not assigned. 
But they do try to max out your credit card or empty your bank account.
