So now I’m gona have to start a new game and that’s so much progress lost please fix this issue!!! ### 5/5 — Some reviews are outdated *2025-07-17, version 1.2.2* This is a great version of FF6, and while it didn't have several features at launch it now has everything from console/PC versions. So controller support, classic and orchestral music, modern and classic fonts, the exp, encounter and gil boosts. There's very little to dislike about this version, it's very faithful to the original but uses the modern and far more accurate GBA translations. My main criticism is that it doesn't have the original music for the opera scene available, for reasons that are something of a spoiler, and that like all other PRs it lacks the bonus content from previous ports. ### 5/5 — Thank you *2025-07-10, version 1.2.2* Thank you for bringing this game back for mobile. Not only is it an amazing game, but it brings back memories and nostalgia from my childhood as the first RPG I ever played (way back in 1994 on Super Nintendo!), and it’s so great to play again. For the mobile implementation itself: the high res menu screens, updated music, and many other aspects are really nice improvements over the original game. And the Quick Save feature is super appreciated for being able to play at random times without having to sit down long enough to find a save point. Really enjoying playing this game again. If I had one nitpick to make, it would be to let us pass through the initial loading splash screens faster. iOS seems to like killing the game in the background between play times, and it takes a while to go through them. But thank you again for building/releasing this game for mobile iOS! ### 3/5 — バグ報告 *2025-06-22* 2025年6月22日時点 １.セーフティビット装備していても、神々の像Iのねむりは防げない。 ２.アルテマバスターのアルテマモードのトリガーがよく分からないことになっている。今の所、あばれる選択後の攻撃とアイテムによる攻撃だとアルテマモードに移行したけど、魔法攻撃、たたかうによる攻撃だとアルテマモードに移行せず、通常パターン、あるいは発狂パターンの行動をして来ました。 ３．これはアルテマバスター戦のみなのかもしれませんが…リフレク状態のキャラが氷漬けになった後、サザンクロス、フレアスター、炎のロッドなどリフレク貫通する攻撃を受けても氷漬けが解消されません。 ４.ロード後の初戦闘時、初ターン目の味方の行動入力が最速かつ最短であった時、攻撃対象を選ぶ時に攻撃対象を選ぶカーソルが出なくなる。オートモードにするとこの状態は解除できる。また、一度コマンド選択をし直したり、スキップする事でこのバグ発生は防ぐ事ができます。正直最速入力で戦闘進めているとすぐにこのバグを起こしてしまうため、これは修正してほしいです。 新たなバクが分かり次第、また報告します。 ### 5/5 — Обалденная игра *2025-06-19* Сюжет, гейм плей просто супер, я собрала всех персонажей и всех драконов,всех качала ко всем привязалась!! Прекрасная сказка мне очень понравилась. Жду ещё игру в аркаде. Геймпад работает, не слушайте никого. Broken? *2026-05-14, version 1.2.2* I think the game is glitched. Very early on in a story battle with Vargas you have to use Raging Fist to end the battle, but the game never registers that you used it (I used it three times in a row) then the tutorial for that exact move comes up but then Vargas KOs you with a move that always does 2hp more than your correct HP before you can do the move again. I understand it is considered one of the best games in FF series but the game has my character stuck and can’t advance for whatever reason. I have tried walkthroughs, multiple efforts but the game has a glitch. Do not buy this version. ### 1/5 — Delisted version was superior *2024-03-19, version 1.1.1* I’m not sure how you’re supposed to get excited about a version with less content, no bonus dungeons, fewer Espers, etc.. The delisted version has way more content and looked better. Just wait in a couple years when the ultimate complete editions of the pixel remasters are released, with all of the extra content restored. Please, for the love of god, ADD CONTROLLER SUPPORT. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — For Better Or For Worse *2026-08-07, version 1.2.2* I absolutely love this game and I’m glad I can play it on my phone with new (iffy) translation, new effects, and graphical “enhancements”. I couldn’t read the small condensed font at first, but found a better font in settings (still could be bigger like SNES). The color vibrancy is very off putting, as the game was more dark, gritty and realistic on the SNES. Despite these flaws, Final Fantasy VI is still my favorite RPG game of all time, for better or for worse. ### 5/5 — Bring more nostalgia, 7th saga *2026-07-04, version 1.2.2* These games are classic, and above some of the other complaints, very convenient to play instead of hooking up the old system to tvs that don’t have the proper connections anymore. I have the NES, the super NES, and these games to go with the systems. And I tell you, it’s a hassle to have the systems sit out, being bulky, and buy all the adapters to try and hook up the connections to new tvs. These other people complaining are just picking at anything and everything they can, instead of looking at, at least you CAN play it now. Some of these games on eBay are hundreds of dollars. So be grateful that you can buy it on Apple Store and at least experience it. On the other hand; please bring back one of the hardest RPG’s of all time for the super nes, 7th saga!!! This would work perfect as an app, due to the level grinding of the game. As your day goes on and need to waste time, or sit on the couch to play, or just grinding out levels, it would be perfect to pick up and play! I would gladly pay $10-$20 to play this game on my phone instead of only being able to play at home on the couch! ### 5/5 — Super Teil! *2026-03-23* Tolle „Neuauflage“ da kann ich nicht viel kritisieren.
