So I used the contact button and sent them an email about it, several hours later still no pack and the funds came out of my account so I messaged again. Still no pack, no response and no refund!!! I like the game and want to continue playing but not if it’s just going to take my money and not give me the pack I purchased and the app developers don’t do anything about it!!!!! Update: I have been denied a refund from Apple for this issue and still nothing from the developer!! Update 2/21/23 still crickets!! And no help from Apple!!
