I only got 500 diamond WITHOUT ANY of the 3 rare chests and 1 common chest, regarding that it said i would have gotten 3 rare chest and a common chest. On the bright side, i’ve been enjoying the game so far with the waves and challenges! I’m up too the armoury. I hope more updates would be released and the purchase problem would be fixed. But your Santa Slay challenge is crashing when you make it to the last level and the last tank is about to be beaten. I have tried since last night and it crashes over and over. Game crashes on every open at first but opening game with airplane mode fixed that. Now opens fine every time Game glitched out and gave me completed blueprints to all the final rooms. And seems to be no balance up higher. Unlocking one room instantly gave so much income. Took about the same time to get from start to unlocking 3/4 the floors with limited upgrades. So I used the contact button and sent them an email about it, several hours later still no pack and the funds came out of my account so I messaged again. Still no pack, no response and no refund!!! I like the game and want to continue playing but not if it’s just going to take my money and not give me the pack I purchased and the app developers don’t do anything about it!!!!! Update: I have been denied a refund from Apple for this issue and still nothing from the developer!! Update 2/21/23 still crickets!! And no help from Apple!!
