携帯とはBluetoothで接続できてるのに、アプリでそれが認識されない。アプリ接続しないとマルチポイント使えないのに…早期改修を求む

マルチポイントの仕様がよろしくない。
起動時に2端末に接続されるのはよい。だが、端末Aで動画を視聴しているのに、端末Bにアプリ通知が来ただけで接続先がBに切り替わり、Aの動画が止まってしまう。イヤホン側から再生開始操作をしても、接続も切り替わっているので、端末Bから音楽等が再生される。
PCから離れた場所で作業しながら垂れ流しをしていたのに、スマホに通知が来て再生を止められたことが数え切れないほどおきている。わざわざ作業を中断してPCまで戻らなければならず、とても面倒臭い。
ファームウェアアップデートでどうにかなりませんか？
