Quote with the borrower's priorities in front of you

Every deal on Financelobby carries the priorities the broker and borrower set -
how much rate matters, whether recourse is negotiable, how fast they need to
close. Until now a lender had to remember all of that while filling in a quote.

Now Financelobby tells you as you type. When a value you enter works against
something they flagged as important, a note appears directly under that field
explaining the conflict. Each one is labelled with how much it matters to them -
Deal Breaker, Very Important or Important - so you can tell a hard no from a
nice-to-have at a glance. Priorities they marked as flexible stay out of your
way entirely.

Notes cover rate, leverage, recourse, fees, interest-only period, prepayment
penalty and time to close, and they work across purchase, refinance,
construction and permanent-loan quotes. Anything you've considered and decided
against can be dismissed, and it stays dismissed.

Before you publish, a summary card gathers up everything still outstanding in
one place, along with how many quotes you have left on the deal - so nothing
comes as a surprise after the fact.

Nothing here blocks a quote. You can publish over every note if that's the
quote you want to make; the point is that you know where you stand.

Attachments in chat
Share the documents a deal actually runs on, without leaving the conversation.
Attach PDFs, Word and Excel files, CSVs and text files, or send an image from
your camera or photo library. You'll see each file preview before it sends,
with upload progress and the option to remove it. Images arrive inline and open
full screen with a tap; documents open through the share sheet so you can save
them wherever you keep your deal files. Attachments can be up to 25 MB.

Voice notes
Some things are faster to say than to type. Tap the microphone to record, watch
the timer as you go, and send or discard when you're done. Voice notes play
back right in the thread with play/pause and progress.

Call by phone when the app isn't an option
When you try to call someone who hasn't installed Financelobby yet, we'll now
offer their phone number and hand it to your dialer, so a missing app is no
longer a dead end. You still decide whether to place the call.

Fixes
- Incoming call notifications now appear reliably when the app is in the
  background.
- Answer and Decline buttons are back on incoming call notifications on
  Android.

Full Deal Package
  Brokers can now generate and share a Deal Memo — a complete deal
  package — directly from a deal. Track which lenders have viewed it
  and browse previous versions. Lenders see a Deal Memo indicator on
  deal cards so the fullest opportunities stand out.

  • Incoming call notifications are more reliable, and calls no longer
    linger after the caller hangs up.
  • Fixed audio cutting out during voice calls.
