There’s no way to tell that a payment is processing without calling customer service. This causes a bit of panic each month as I wait to see if the past due will go away. Sometimes it doesn’t happen until the 4th of the month. This seems like a totally avoidable glitch in the app—if someone has autopay set up, why not say the payment is processing instead of past due?!? ### 5/5 — Terms and conditions *2021-04-07, version 4.2.1* I figured out how to get past the terms and conditions page. Don’t try to click in the check box circle, but if you click the line next to the circle that will check the box off allowing you to proceed to the next page. Hope this helps anyone who decides to read my review. 😊 ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2021-02-25, version 4.0.6* This app is terrible! I cannot get it to accept payment. I called for tech support and they couldn’t tell me why it wouldn’t work. They gave the usual tech response that I should uninstall the app and reinstall it. After doing this, it still doesn’t work. They also asked if I could log into a computer to check it. If I wanted to do it on my computer, I wouldn’t have gotten the app! Of course there is not 24 hour tech support, so after nearly a week of trying I still can’t get it to work. I guess I will have to send it by snail mail since FOA is inept!
