To fix this problem, I had to completely delete the app and all app related items in the Library folder (use AppCleaner to do this) then reinstall the app. **Developer response:** Hi, Thank you so much for your feedback! First of all, there is no option to connect and synchronise with a bank, which most similar applications offer. Here, you have to import via CSV, which is very cumbersome because you cannot see updates to transactions in real time, nor can you download a file from the bank and import it quickly, because you have to adjust it each time to the template or in such a way that the application can read it, which is so inconvenient that it is simply not worth using. I love and follow this developer because I love his applications, their appearance, and I use them every day. I have also been looking for an application of this type for managing my expenses and budget for some time, and I am disappointed that I cannot use it. I hope that the developer will connect, for example; Saltedge, which many other similar applications use to synchronise with the bank. However, it lacks the ability to do a few things: 1) Ability to view the amounts per tag or per payee or per category. It only filters the transactions without providing the sum. I’ve reset it, used options to upload to and pull data down from iCloud, but accounts from the iPhone do not appear on Mac, even though the syncing on both shows it’s working as it should. Even the parts that WILL sync are not automatic. I have to close and reopen the app for the changes to sync. This is absolute trash and unusable. I’m just disgusted. This still hasn’t been fixed. Cancelling subscription. —- My partner and I use this app to track the “buckets” that sit within our home loan offset account. It’s actually perfect for this purpose, super quick and easy to use. We use the shared function for these buckets (accounts), and that’s where it falls down. It often doesn’t sync correctly, our work around is: 1)Open the transaction that didn’t sync to the other person 2) Select “done” This instantly fixes the problem and syncs to the other person, super annoying to have to do this though. There's no silliness or excessive bells and whistles, just everything you would need to efficiently manage your personal finances plus manage your savings. This app now supports scheduled payments every four weeks! (all the other 12 or so apps of this kind that I tried do not support this) This means if you live in the United Kingdom you can now manage your state pension, universal credit payments and Pip, for example. I only mentioned this as a possible additional feature no more than a month ago, this goes to show how highly responsive these developers are. I've also pointed out a few bugs in the meantime and once again they were highly responsive, acknowledged the issue and also apologised unreservedly. This level of proactive behaviour, responsiveness and a desire to please customers is very very very rare indeed. If your blind, this app also works beautifully with VoiceOver, no issues!
